WHAT AM I JOINING?

At the moment, you are joining one of two mailing lists.

We are assembling a critical mass of democratic socialists who are interested in forming a democratic socialist party. We have a meeting on Sunday 30 May 2021 to adopt a new Constitution, elect an acting Leader, and Joint Treasurers.

LIST A is people significantly interested in joining this group. We include former Constituency Labour Party Secretaries, Chairs, and Parliamentary Agents.

LIST B is for people who are not yet prepared to commit. Many of them are Labour Party members who intend to stay with the Labour Party for the moment.

The difference is that if you are in List A, you will be given much more information. You will be able to participate in discussions about our proposed Constitution, our policies, and organisational issues.

Please write to leftlabour@yahoo.com. If you are List A, please tell us your email, which constituency you live in, and information about your political and other interests and expertises. We will assemble groups around NHS, teaching, and individual industries and services.

If you are List B, all we ask is your email and your constituency.

We will have a branch for members living abroad, because there is useful work that only they can do. Which country do you live in? Are you A List or B list?
